A15927 Steel pipe sleeve products

| Rimmed steel pipe sleeves used where watertightness is required through outer walls for
air-conditioning, sanitation, or electrical work.
These products conform to the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction. |
|
 In principle, specify a sleeve diameter about 40 mm larger than the pipe outer
diameter (including thermal insulation thickness for insulated pipe). |
Ordering procedure
|
1. Check the wall thickness and beam width.
2. Select the material used (public works, general use).
3. Specify the shape.
(1) Tube section length (L), rim mounting position (ℓ)
(2) Rim welding conditions (none/one-side, full circumference /two-side,
full
circumference)
(3) Lug mounting type (none/one-face/two-face)
(4) Yarn-stop ring (Yes/No)
4. Indicate the surface treatment. Rustproofing agent is normally applied to the inner
and end surfaces.
*Available in bare metal, external rustproofed, full rustproofed, dip-plated, or Roval to
meet the site conditions.
